HOME MADE COUGH SYRUP:

Ingredients:
1. betel leaf juice - 1cup.
2 ginger juice -1cup.
3. misri / sugar -2cups.
4. honey -1cup.... 


preparation:
1.Mix betel leaf juice, ginger juice, and sugar in a vessel keep on low flame, stir it till it becomes like honey in viscosity allow it to become warm and add honey.

expiry date: 3 - 6 months minimum.

Dose:
1. 2.5 -5ml 3-4 times in a day for cough and cold.
2. 2 - 3ml for loss of appetite and in indigestion.

for children:
1ml -2ml for 3-4 times in a day. or one drop per one kg of weight.

For children,for heat potency body people, in hot weather conditions dilute the syrup with equal quantity of water.
