This therapy is usefull for silky hair and for preventing hair loss.

1. Take a small Snake gourd and slit length wise and fill it with fenugreek seeds and tie it with a thread and  keep aside for 24 hours.

2. Make a paste with Snake gourd and soaked fenugreek seeds and apply to all over the scalp and leave it for an hour.
3.This hair pack can be used once in a Month for thick and glowing hair.
